I love this list!! Some of my favorite stories EVER are on it! I am remembering one more, though, and i will see if i can find it. It was set during and after the s2 hiatus? (or maybe s1?), and john & sherlock had already started a family, with a son Andrew, so john was left to care for him alone. After sherlock returned they adopted three more children under various circumstances. I'm going to post this reply and then dive into my history to find it, i think it was a series rather than a single long fic.
AHA, i found it/ them, it's the infiltrate series, and infiltrate interludes, and related fics, by SkipandDi (ladyflowdi) https://archiveofourown.org/users/ladyflowdi/pseuds/SkipandDi
I hope that's enough to go on to find them. I have ben thinking about revisiting these stories. I LOVE the variety of parentlock from before s3-4, not that i don't also love the later ones, but there was so much more freedom then.
